I have an area center for you tonight 🙂 It took a little bit of trial and error to get it just right! This center is aligned with CCSS 3.G.A.2: Partitioning irregular shapes and finding area. This set has student directions, center cards, recording sheet, sorting mat and teacher prep. directions. Students will find the area of animal habitats in the form of irregular figures.
